Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in accounting and is proficient in QuickBooks.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Record and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures

· Process invoices, expense claims, and payments

· Maintain organized and accurate accounting files and records

· Coordinate with other departments and external auditors as needed

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any business-related course

· At least 1 year of experience as Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper

· Knowledgeable and proficient in QuickBooks (Required)

· Knowledgeable in MS Excel and accounting principles

· Strong attention to detail, organized, and trustworthy

· Can work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
