Job Title: Accounting Assistant

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Finance team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s liquidity and ensuring our financial transactions are processed accurately and on time. We welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow their career in Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payment Processing & Banking

• Prepare payment vouchers, checks, and wire transfers for all disbursements.
• Perform online banking transactions, including fund transfers and petty cash replenishment.
• Manage the safekeeping of unreleased, unused, and cancelled checks.

2. Cash & Bank Management

• Assist in monitoring daily bank balances to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Maintain accurate records of all treasury transactions and bank documentation.
• Support the team in cash position reporting and basic cash flow forecasting.

3. Reconciliation & Audit

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash transactions or bank statements.
• Participate in physical cash counts and support year-end financial audits or inventory counts.

4. External Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for suppliers regarding payment schedules and inquiries.
• Coordinate with bank representatives for account maintenance and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in accounting is a plus.
• High level of integrity (you will be handling sensitive assets and vault keys).
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
