A. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

• Reconciles online payments and customer collections.
• Ensures that banking transactions are completed in accordance with established guidelines.
• Performs bank reconciliation and resolves discrepancies.
• Ensures accurate and timely posting of customer payments in the system.
• Processes payables and payment requests from preparation and issuance through release.
• Handles and ensures the safekeeping of petty cash and working funds.
• Prepares expense reports and maintains accurate accounting records.
• Assists in inventory reconciliation and reporting.
• Prepares Sales Contracts and Rental Contracts.
• Prepares Sales Orders.

B. ADMINISTRATIVE & OFFICE SUPPORT

• Oversees the work and activities of Housekeeping and Foot Messenger.
• Handles matters relating to parking spaces and coordinates with building management/maintenance and the property owner, as necessary.
• Monitors internet service and coordinates with the internet service provider regarding service concerns, interruptions, billing, and other related matters.

C. COMPLIANCE & PROCESS MONITORING

• Monitors employees’ compliance with Company Rules and Regulations and initiates Incident Reports (IR) for violations of company policies.
• Monitors compliance with established company guidelines and processes.

D. OTHER DUTIES

• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
