What they need
Location: Unit 1510, Capital House, 9th Ave. corner 34th St., Global City, Taguig City
Main Work
Process and record customer invoices and payments
Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and overdue accounts
Coordinate billing and collection concerns with Sales
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
Prepare AR Aging Reports and other accounting reports
Maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records
Assist with refunds, credit/debit memos, and account adjustments
Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms
Ensure timely renewal of business licenses, registrations, insurance, and work permits
Follow accounting policies and internal controls
Qualifications
Degree in Accountancy required
2 years experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collection, or General Accounting
Good communication and analytical skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Computer literate
Able to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
