Accounting Assistant

• Ensures that all goods and services delivered and served are completely recorded in sales
• Ensures all receivables are given attention for collection, in order to eliminate write-offs
• Ensures proper management, control and accurate valuation of Company’s inventory
• Participate in Monthly and Regular Cycle Inventory Counts and ensure proper inventory valuation at month-end.
• Ensure timely and accurate printing and issuance of Sales Invoices.
• Scan and file all Customer and Supplier invoices, POs, and other relevant documents.
• Accurately issue Collection Receipts on time.
• Checking of returned/received invoices of customer from Warehouse with complete documents
• Prepare and post Daily and Monthly Sales Report
• Record collection in ERP and Excel
• Process Accounts Payable Vouchers with complete attachments; print BIR 2307 for payables

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accounting or similar
• Minimum of two (2) years in Accounts Receivable, Account Payable and/or Inventory Control
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Familiarity in ERP software (e.g. MS Business Central, SAP)
• Good communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
