What they need
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances
- Follow up on overdue accounts via email, phone, or written communication
- Record incoming payments (cash, checks, bank transfers) in the accounting system
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are properly posted
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer concerns
- Generate AR aging reports and provide updates to management
- Coordinate with sales and other departments regarding customer accounts
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to receivables
- Maintain organized and updated financial records
- And other tasks related to the preceding duties and responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php755.00 per day
