Accounting Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Handles budget preparation, monitoring and reporting
• Receives billing, checking, recording, posting, monitoring and reporting
• Contracts Monitoring
• Facilitation of Vendor Accreditation

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology (with a financial focus), or a related field.
• Prior experience working within an IT department or managing IT-specific financial portfolios (e.g., software licensing, hardware procurement, cloud infrastructure costs, and IT consulting contracts) is highly preferred. Technical Skills & Competencies

This is an initial of 6mos project type of employment, we need someone who can start asap. Work Location is somewhere Makati City.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
