Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and record accounting transactions and supporting documents
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare invoices, billing statements, receipts, and other accounting documents
• Monitor collections, payments, and outstanding balances
• Assist in bank reconciliation and preparation of financial reports
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and files
• Assist with BIR, government, and other regulatory compliance requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal staff regarding billing and payments Assist in payroll preparation and other administrative accounting tasks.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or related course
• At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Familiarity with BIR requirements and government compliance is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
