Accounting Assistant

Job Requirement:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• Has knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Has strong analytical and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work with numbers and accounting software
• With at least 1 to 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the invoice processing (receiving, verifying, and processing invoices from suppliers and vendors)
• Payment processing (matching invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports to ensure accurate payments)
• Vendor Management (maintaining relationships with vendors, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments)
• Record Keeping **(**maintaining detailed records of invoices, payments, and other relevant documents)
• Financial Reporting **(**assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements related to accounts payable)
