Accounting Assistant

COMPANY: Filinvest Land Inc.
EMPLOYMENT: Probationary
LOCATION: One Filinvest, Ortigas, Pasig

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis – Preparation and analysis of income statements and supporting

schedules.

• General Accounting & Month-End Closing – Closing activities, account reconciliation, settlement,

and adjusting entries.

• Project Accounting & Cost Monitoring – Monitoring project financial performance, budgets, and

cost movements.

• ERP Systems & Data Management – Knowledge of SAP and Oracle; ability to map SAP WBS to

Oracle Task Numbers.

• Excel & Financial Analysis – Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze and present financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; BS Accountancy preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience preferred; fresh graduates with relevant month-end closing internship experience are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• CPA license and accounting/finance certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or corporate environments is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills; regional exposure is a plus.
