Accounting Assistant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related business course.
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in a university or school setting is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial record management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, inter-company transactions, and audit procedures.
• Experienced in expense monitoring, financial documentation, and preparation of accounting reports.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential financial information.
• Possesses good analytical, numerical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with the Finance and Accounting team.
• Willing to work in a full-time capacity.
