Accounting Assistant

Brief Job Description:

• Process and record payments and expenses in SAP, including inventory, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Review and audit expense reports, vouchers, and invoices for accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
• Reconcile expenses with supporting documents, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with departments or vendors.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Assist in preparing accruals, schedules, and financial reports for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
• Perform other payable-related tasks such as but not limited to vendor account reconciliation, monitoring aging of payables, and supporting audits as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Finance related course
• Fresh Graduates / 1 – 4 year experience
• Computer literate, hardworking, good analytical skills
• SAP Background is an advantage
• Team player
• Knowledgeable in MS Applications
• Okay with Project-based status
• Can start immediately
