Accounting Assistant

Taylormade Development Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and compute sales commissions, incentives, and related adjustments accurately and on time
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of commission claims, sales records, supporting documents, and required approvals
• Prepare commission schedules, payment requests, vouchers, and other related documents
• Maintain organized and updated records of commission computations, payments, adjustments, and supporting files
• Coordinate with the Sales, Treasury, and other internal departments regarding commission-related concerns and clarifications
• Assist in reconciling commission balances, preparing monthly reports, and resolving discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, commission guidelines, accounting procedures, and documentation standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related course
• Preferably with 1 - 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
• Understanding of Philippine taxation rules
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
