Accounting Assistant

• Work schedule is from Monday to Friday.
• Record and verify daily sales transactions accurately.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels; report discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and concerns.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
• Process purchase orders and expense requests in a timely manner.
• Reconcile invoices and identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accounting Technology or any business-related course is preferred.
• At least one (1) year of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
