ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, or any related field
• Atleast 1-3 years of experience in corporate accounting
• Knowledgeable in Bank Recon, Cash Audit, VAT tracking, Costing, and bookkeeping
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft excel VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PIVOT, and accounting software
• Able to work in less supervision and keen to details

Duties and Responsibilities

• Bank matching cross reference, ledger posting from cash receipts and check vouchers with incoming and outgoing transactions on the bank statement
• Compare cash deposit and bank deposit receipt to actual bank statement credits
• Reconcile electronic fund from credit card processor and digital wallets in POS terminal reports and ensure all funds are cleared within 48 hours
• Manage the standard recipe auditing closely work with (R&D) for the costing analyze the pricing
• Conduct inventory variance and waste management, evaluate and verify cost for FIRST IN, FIRST OUT (FIFO) method
• Generate comprehensive reports from daily, weekly, and monthly operations

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
