Accounting Assistant (Cost Accounting)

General Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Knowledgeable in basic accounting procedures, Strong written and oral communication skills, Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software, Organized and attentive to details
• 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Cost Accounting Assistant – Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in manufacturing and construction or cost accounting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge in accounting software (SAP Business One) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, organized, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
