1. Financial Statement Preparation and Review

1.1 Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

1.2 Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial records.

1.3 Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to Accounting Manager

2. Tax Compliance and Reporting

2.1 Prepare and file tax returns and related reports.

2.2 Ensure compliance with national and local tax regulations.

2.3 Monitor tax obligations and identify opportunities for tax efficiency.

2.4 Coordinate with tax authorities regarding assessments, audits, and compliance matters.

3.  Audit Support and Coordination

3.1 Assist during external audits.

3.2 Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents required by auditors.

3.3 Address audit findings and recommend corrective actions.

4. Regulatory Compliance

4.1 Ensure compliance with government regulations and statutory reporting requirements.

4.2 Monitor changes in accounting, tax, and corporate regulations that may affect the organization.

4.3 Assist in securing and renewing permits, licenses, and registrations as required.

5. Account Reconciliation and Review

5.1 Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.

5.2 Verify the accuracy of accounting entries and supporting documentation.

5.3 Identify and resolve discrepancies and unusual transactions.

6. Management Reporting

6.1 Prepare financial and management reports as requested.
