Accounting Assistant (General Accounting)

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy or any business- or finance-related course
• Knows how to use QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Has basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial records
• Pays close attention to details and stays organized
• Can manage time well and finish tasks on time
• Has accounting experience through work, internship, or school training
• Basic knowledge of financial reports is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with relevant training or internship experience are welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Review accounting records and correct any mistakes
• Keep financial documents complete and organized
• Help check and balance subsidiary ledgers
• Assist in monitoring expenses and payments
• Support account reconciliation tasks
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by the supervisor
