Accounting Assistant II

Job Summary

Provides project-based accounting support primarily for document organization, account reconciliation, preparation of Statements of Account, and records management to assist inimproving accounting documentation and customer account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

∙ Organize, sort, and file historical accounting documents.

∙ Retrieve accounting documents from archives and storage.

∙ Prepare and reconcile Statements of Account.

∙ Assist in reconciling customer account balances.

∙ Pull out and compile supporting accounting documents as requested. ∙ Scan and digitize accounting records.

∙ Maintain proper document filing and indexing.

∙ Assist in clearing outstanding reconciliation items.

∙ Support accounting projects and special assignments.

∙ Perform other administrative accounting duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

∙ Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or anyrelated business course.

∙ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

∙ Experience in accounting documentation or bookkeeping is an advantage. ∙ Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

∙ Organized and detail-oriented.

∙ Able to work under deadlines.

∙ Willing to be hired on a project-based or fixed-term employment arrangement.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
