Accounting Assistant Inventory

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related course

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management

Familiar with inventory systems, stock control, and reconciliation processes is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational and time management skills

Able to coordinate effectively with warehouse and logistics teams
Key Responsibilities

Record and update inventory transactions in the accounting system

Reconcile inventory balances with physical stock and warehouse records

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams on stock movements (inbound, outbound, backload)

Assist in preparing inventory reports and documentation

Monitor and report discrepancies between actual and recorded inventory

Support periodic inventory counts and audits

Ensure proper documentation of all inventory-related transactions
