Accounting Assistant Manager (ปฎิบัติงานชลบุรี)

Responsibilities :

• Perform the full function of Finance and Accounting Department such as AP, AR, GL, Fixed Asset, Inventory and Costing.

• Prepare and manage the monthly/ quarterly/ yearly closing.

• Monitor and supervise accounting transactions and submission on time.

• Delivering accurate and timely monthly/yearly reports and financial statements.

• Analyze financial statements and report any unusual transactions.

• Responsible for accurate completion and timely submission of tax returns, withholding tax, any relevant taxes as well as compliance with tax regulations with suggestion

• Ensure accounting records and taxes are correct and comply with statutory and governing laws until taxes are submitted on time.

• Liaising with auditors, banking, legal advisor, and Tax Office for any related matters.

• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of department.

• Provide all necessary support to management in driving the Company’s goals.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance

• At least 7 years of working experience in full accounting function with strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and other related functions.

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, excellent negotiation, excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems as well.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, integrity, punctual, proactive and team player

• Open-minded, fast learner and positive attitude.

• Having experience in a Public Company or Real Estate Business would be an advantage.
