Accounting Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA is an advantage
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or building materials
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting
• Experience in inventory and manufacturing cost accounting is an advantage
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end closing, and reconciliations
• Monitor inventory, costing, receivables, and payables
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
• Lead and develop the Accounting Team
• Provide management with accurate financial analysis and reports
