Accounting Assistant – Payable

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing and payments
• Handle staff expense reimbursements and ensure supporting documents are accurate and complete
• Review and verify fixed asset transactions
• Support inter-company transactions and assist in audit preparation
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and filing systems
• Participate in various finance projects and ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 3 years of AP experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word and Chinese input systems
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• A responsible, detail-minded individual who can work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude with a team-player mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
• Experience in facilities management or related industries
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365
