Accounting Assistant (Ref: 2635_FD)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations in Accounts Payable, ensuring that vouchers and payments are processed accurately and on time in accordance with internal controls and procedures
• Assist with monthly/ year-end closing, including verifying income records, preparing accounting vouchers, data entry, and performing bank reconciliation
• Support staff at various centers with accounting functions, including revenue collection, cash disbursement etc
• Assist in auditing individual projects
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the department and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting/ HKDSE with LCCI Level 2 or above.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems an advantage
• Detailed mind, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability an advantage
