Accounting Assistant (Ref: JD/AA/04/26)

The role:

• Prepare debit notes and accounts receivable vouches and follow up outstanding receivables
• Process suppliers’ invoices and prepare accounting payable vouchers
• Assist in month-end accounts closing and regular report preparation
• Perform regular and ad hoc assignments required by management and the Government
• Participate in computerized system enhancement and development

Skills and attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
