Duties and Responsibilities

• Processes payments thru check or cash vouchers.
• Prepares monthly reader’s fee and ROD incentives.
• Bills guaranteed amounts by HMO, Government, Corporate and other guarantor accounts.
• Prepares and consolidates monthly cost and expenses.
• Facilitates inventory count.
• Manages fixed asset tagging and fixed asset movement.
• Files and maintains financial records.
• Assists in the preparation of financial reports.
• Communicates with clients and suppliers.
• Perform other related duties incidental to work or as deemed necessary by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• At least Bachelor’s degree of BS Accountancy or any related course.

Work Experience/s:

• Preferably at least six (6) months of work experience.

Special Qualities/Skills Required:

• Understand and apply the principles and procedures of accounting.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to make arithmetic computations either with or without calculating machines.
