Accounting Assistant (Treasury)

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or any related business course
• Preferably with at least 1 year of Treasury or Cash Management experience
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks or other accounting software
• Knowledgeable in cash handling, bank transactions, and fund monitoring
• Familiar with financial record keeping and reconciliation
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling financial transactions
• Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Has good analytical and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances and fund availability
• Process bank deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
• Prepare and maintain cash flow and treasury reports
• Reconcile bank statements and treasury records
• Monitor incoming and outgoing cash transactions
• Coordinate with banks and internal departments regarding treasury transactions
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end closing
• Perform other treasury and accounting duties assigned by the supervisor
