Accounting Assistant/Admin

About the role

The Employee shall manage the systematic filing of accounting records, provide operational assistance to the liaison team, and oversee online registrations and applications through relevant government portals—including the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Local Government Units (LGUs). This includes tracking ancillary compliance via designated online platforms, such as QC-E Services.

Key responsibilities

• Process online applications, registrations, and regulatory filings via BIR, SEC, and municipal portals (e.g., QC-E Services for Quezon City), while systematically tracking ongoing ancillary compliance in coordination with the liaison team
• Collaborate with and assist the liaison team by preparing required supporting documents, monitoring application statuses, and coordinating official submissions and follow-ups
• Organize, safeguard, and structure physical and electronic accounting records, tax documents, and supporting vouchers to support internal controls and external audits
• Ensure that digital copies of all company and client documents are continuously scanned and updated in the official WLP depository
• Actively contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment within the accounting department
• Provide operational, administrative, or financial assistance to colleagues during downtime or peak periods
• Promptly execute all reasonable ad-hoc tasks and assignments directed by management
