Accounting Associate – AP/AR & Order Processing

We are looking for an Accounting Associate – AP/AR & Order Processing with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, and transaction review .

What You’ll Do

• Process AP and AR invoices accurately and on time.

• Review customer orders, vendor invoices, pricing, taxes, and supporting documents.

• Process purchase orders, credits, refunds, returns, and account adjustments.

• Reconcile invoice and payment discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

• Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, credits, and other financial transactions.

• Support order and invoice processing from e-commerce platforms into ERP or accounting systems.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in AP, AR, invoice processing, accounting support, or finance operations .

• Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar .

• Strong Excel skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.

• Stable employment history.

• Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus .

• Experience supporting US clients or US accounting processes is an advantage .

Work Schedule

10:30 pm – 7:30PM PHT, Monday - Friday
