Accounting Associate (AR)

Accounting Associate Responsibilities:

• Compiling and reviewing financial information
• Preparing financial forms, documents, and reports
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements
• Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing
• Complying with federal, state, and local legal regulations and requirements
• Maintaining records and filing systems
• Answering telephones and handling routing correspondence with clients
• Performing other duties as required

Accounting Associate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting preferred
• Experience in SOA preparation, payment validation, posting, and reconciliation
• Knowledge in Accounts Receivable aging and collection monitoring
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in checking payments and account balances
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills for payment and collection follow-ups
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in hotel, condominium, property management, or hospitality accounting is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga
