Accounting Associate (AR)

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily accounting and bookkeeping transactions.
• Handle and process customer invoices, statement of account, and collection reports.
• Monitor customer balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Verify and record customer payments and ensure proper application to outstanding balances.
• Reconcile accounts receivable records with sales and payment records.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documents.
• Assist in audits and other accounting requirements
• Coordinate with our third party accounting regarding accounting related concerns
• Perform other accounting task as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of relevant in accounting field
• Knowledgeable in Philippines accounting principles and BIR compliance
• Experienced in AR, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Detailed oriented, organized, and analytical
• Able to work independently and manage multiple task
• Trustworthy and responsible in handling confidential financial information.
