Accounting Associate

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field. CPA license is a plus.
• Experience: Experience in external accounting or auditing, managing financial structures for multiple corporate clients.
• Tax & Compliance Expertise: Hands-on experience in client tax filing and processing mandatory government regulatory requirements (BIR, SEC, and local business permits/licensing).
• Client Management: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to handle corporate clients professionally, manage inquiries effectively, and build long-term relationships.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in preparing financial statements, executing month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Core Competencies: High level of professional integrity, strict confidentiality in handling sensitive client data, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
