Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Accounting Associate to join our Finance Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer billing, monitoring collections, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication abilities to liase with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and issue invoices, monitor collections, and update receivable ledgers.

·       Reconcile customer accounts, verify balances, and resolve discrepancies.

·       Maintain accurate records of payments, adjustments, and outstanding balances.

·       Generate AR aging reports and assist in collections follow-up.

·       Communicate with clients regarding billing, payments, and account issues.

·       Support audits and compliance by maintaining organized records.

·       Utilize accounting software (ERP Next) and Excel for reporting and reconciliation.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Computer, or any related field.

·       Experience in administrative reporting, reconciliation, and client communication.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

·       Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

·       Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

·       Digitall literary and ability to adapt to accounting systems.
