Accounting Associate

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain and update accounting records and schedules.
2. Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting policies.
3. Perform bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliations.
4. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
5. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
6. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
7. Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned to support team objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. At least 1 year experience in Accounting or Finance roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Strong attention to details and accuracy.
3. Effective time management.
4. Analytical and critical-thinking skills.
5. Clear written and verbal communication.
6. Team player.
