Accounting Associate

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to join our team. Your duties will include general accounting & administrative functions of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs assigned accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including recording and analyzing transactions, accounts payable and receivable, check preparation, and payroll.
• Prepares and maintains financial reports, including monthly revenue, disbursement, sales, and accounts payable reports.
• Monitors daily treatment sales, cash on hand, petty cash, and bank deposits.
• Prepares vouchers, check disbursements, general ledger postings, bank reconciliations, and other accounting documents.
• Maintains accurate accounting records and investigates and resolves discrepancies or documentation issues.
• Manages and monitors inventory records and conducts regular inventory counts and audits.
• Provides accounting and clerical support and submits reports and summaries to management as required.
• Ensures that all accounting activities comply with established policies, procedures, standards, and applicable laws.
