What they need
Experience: 2–3 years in Accounting/Finance
Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Good knowledge of bookkeeping, AP/AR, reconciliation.
Basic exposure to BIR compliance, BIR tools, and mandatory benefits.
Good/strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, etc.
Good attention to detail and willingness to handle various Finance-related tasks such as CA validation, bookkeeping, BIR data entry and reconciliations.
