Accounting Associate

The position is responsible for the accurate recording, settlement, reporting, and reconciliation of Foreign Exchange (FX) and Stablecoin transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements while supporting financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Records and monitors foreign exchange (FX) and stablecoin transactions, ensuring accurate accounting, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepares daily and monthly revenue reports, including FX gain/loss reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for management, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Performs reconciliations of PDAX statements, Fireblocks wallets, SAP General Ledger, and other revenue-related accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinates with Treasury, General Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, and other business units to ensure accurate, complete, and timely revenue reporting and month-end closing activities.
• Participates in training and team initiatives, recommends process improvements, and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Accounting-related course
• Has at least one (1) year of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Amenable to work in Makati City
