We’re Hiring: Accounting Associate

Join our team in a flexible, hybrid work environment! We are searching for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong tax expertise to oversee general ledger operations and Philippine tax compliance.

Position Details

Location: San Juan, Metro Manila

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site)

Target Start Date: Immediate / September 2026

Preferred Industry: Travel & Tours (a strong plus, but optional)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting tasks, including general ledger management and bank reconciliations.

Direct full tax compliance, ensuring timely preparation, filing, and submission of local tax requirements and BIR filings.

Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Assist with internal and external audits to maintain strict adherence to accounting standards and government regulations.

Qualifications

2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in General Accounting and Philippine Taxation.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.

Strong mastery of BIR compliance, local tax laws, and modern accounting software.

Prior experience in the Travel and Tours industry is highly advantageous.

Able to report to the San Juan office twice weekly and available to start by September 2026.
