Accounting Associate

The Gastro Club Corporation is currently looking for an Accounting Associate to assist the department in day-to-day tasks to ensure compliance and filing of accounting transactions.

Work Setup: Onsite
Employment Type: Contractual (3 Months)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Encode and maintain accurate accounting transactions and records.
• Assist the Accounting Department with daily administrative and clerical tasks.
• Organize, file, and maintain accounting documents and supporting records.
• Assist in verifying company assets and maintaining asset records.
• Review encoded data for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related course.
• With basic knowledge of accounting principles and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data entry.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
