Accounting Associate

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Support payroll processing and government compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
