Accounting Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording and maintaining accounting transactions
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring
• Assist with payroll-related accounting records and reconciliations
• Monitor and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare reports and schedules as assigned
• Assist in bank and account reconciliations
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting documents and requirements
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting records
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Preferably with 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to handle confidential financial information
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
