Accounting Associate

• Handle finance-related activities
• Create company expense and sales reports.
• Bookkeeping for all divisions of the company.
• Streamline collection efforts
• Prepare Form 2307s
• Compile payables for the month.
• Conduct Countering and Collection (fieldwork) as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
• Experience with Xero and QuickBooks is preferred
• Willing to do fieldwork as needed (for Collections and Countering)
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bookkeeping
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City, on a hybrid setup: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work.
