Accounting Associate

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Organize and maintain financial documents, invoices, receipts, and other records.
• Assist in the preparation of various tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients regarding financial matters.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting department, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• With or without experience but experience in accounting or finance role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
