Accounting Associate

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Allocates and posts remittances to Membership and Loans Management System (MLMS)
• Prepares journal entry to record accounting transactions to accounting system
• Processes refund of members
• Processes termination of members
• Sends Billing/Start Advice to HR
• Other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Entry level/fresh graduate accounting experience is acceptable for this position
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• Prior experience with cooperative accounting systems is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a high level of integrity when handling financial data.
