Accounting Associate

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
• Prepare and monitor billing, invoices, collections, and payment records
• Record and maintain accounting transactions and supporting documents
• Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
• Monitor expenses, cash advances, and liquidations
• Assist in preparing financial and accounting reports
• Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents
• Coordinate with other departments regarding billing, payments, and collections
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

About you

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course
• 2–3 years of accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of AP, AR, billing, collection, and basic accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
• Good communication and coordination skills
