What they need
Key responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
- Prepare and monitor billing, invoices, collections, and payment records
- Record and maintain accounting transactions and supporting documents
- Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
- Monitor expenses, cash advances, and liquidations
- Assist in preparing financial and accounting reports
- Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents
- Coordinate with other departments regarding billing, payments, and collections
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
About you
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course
- 2–3 years of accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of AP, AR, billing, collection, and basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
- Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
