Successful candidates may be assigned to Invoicing, Payables, or Compliance functions depending on business requirements and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records and reports.
• Assist in invoice processing and accounts payable monitoring.
• Support tax, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Monitor submission of reports and compliance deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and government agencies when necessary.
• Perform reconciliations and assist in month-end reporting activities.
• Carry out other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related course

✅ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

✅ Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications

✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
