Key responsibilities
- Monitor and record customer payments
- Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable records
- Review customer balances and aging reports
- Assist in preparing statements of account (SOA)
- Follow up outstanding receivables and payment concerns
- Support month-end closing and reporting activities
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related course
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
