Accounting Associate

ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Solidmax Construction Corp. is looking for an Accounting Associate to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Applicants with at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience are also encouraged to apply
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Familiar with basic accounting principles and processes
• Has an idea or experience using accounting/ERP software such as Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems
• Willing to learn and adapt to new accounting software and company procedures
• Detail-oriented and organized, especially when handling financial records and documents
• Can work independently and coordinate well with other departments
• Good communication and time-management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation and recording of accounting transactions
• Encode and maintain accurate accounting and financial records
• Assist in monitoring invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other supporting documents
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Help prepare reports and schedules using Microsoft Excel
• Assist in reconciling records and checking financial documents
• Support the Accounting Department in day-to-day accounting activities
• Perform other accounting-related tasks that may be assigned
