Accounting Associate

Key Roles:

• Review, validate, and process supplier invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.
• Ensure transactions comply with company policies and approval requirements.
• Record all payables accurately in the accounting system.
• Preparation and sending of BIR Form 2307.
• Maintain updated supplier balances and monitor outstanding obligations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Monitor employee, project, and supplier cash advances.
• Follow up timely liquidation, replenishment, and settlement of outstanding advances
• Maintain organized and complete filing of vouchers, invoices, cash advance documents, and supporting records.
• Ensure documents are readily available for audits, management review, and regulatory compliance
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, organized, with keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of General Accounting or in finance related work
• Computer proficient in MS Office and Accounting System
• Proficient in Oral and Written Communications
• Willing to be assigned in San Pablo City, Laguna immediately.
